We practice consultation with future users to imagine, together, a new generation of vibrant, mixed-use, and decarbonized places. Through a demanding CSR policy, we support local communities in promoting biodiversity at the heart of their territories and create low-carbon projects that leave more space for nature in the city. Committed to limiting our negative impact on the environment and maximizing our positive impact, we aim to design 50% of our projects with positive biodiversity by 2027. Our carbon trajectory, one of the most ambitious in our sector, is recognized by the SBTi.
